Democratic Party MP, Xhelal Mziu, appeared this Friday at the Special Prosecution Office, SPAK.
Mziu was alone, without the presence of a defense attorney.
The Democratic MP stayed for about an hour at the Special Prosecution Office premises.
Upon leaving, he refused to provide clarifications to the media regarding the matter for which he was summoned by SPAK.
He only stated that it was about a police matter and that it had nothing to do with the elections.
