Socialist Party MP, Erion Braçe, has filed a request in the Parliament to hold a question-and-answer session with the Minister of Agriculture, Andis Salla.

Braçe seeks clarification regarding the permission for the plunder and alienation of land along the Seman River, near the village of Imshte.

He also requests information on whether similar cases have been identified along the Seman and Shkumbin rivers.

Request of MP Erion Braçe:

In my capacity as a member of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, based on Articles 90 and 95 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, I request the holding of a question-and-answer session with the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mr. Andis Salla, regarding the following:

Why is the plunder and alienation of land on the Seman River, near the village of Imshte, Bubullimë administrative unit, Lushnje municipality, allowed?

Have you identified other cases of robbery and alienation of river land along the Seman and Shkumbin rivers, in the territories of the Lushnje and Divjaka municipalities?
