A political entity and 11 candidates have requested the video footage from the CEC, claiming that their votes were stolen. This concerns the DP candidate in Tirana, Ilir Alimehmeti, who lost to Jorida Tabaku. The SP candidate, Blerina Gjylameti, is also in a close race with Olta Xhaçka, who is leading with 69 votes so far.

Shkëlzim Shehu, the Democratic candidate in Kukës, has also requested the footage, from whom Isuf Çela took the mandate with the vote of the diaspora. Xhemal Qefalia in Tirana, who was defeated by a small margin by Ornaldo Rakipi. The DP candidate in Durrës, Ilirjana Kuçana, has also requested the footage.

The Right 1912 party itself is seeking the footage, the Euro-Atlantic Coalition candidate Rajmond Dervishi in Tirana, Etilda Gjonaj of the SP in Tirana, Altin Goxhaj of the DP in Tirana, Aulon Kalaja of the DP in Durrës, who was defeated by Arjan Ndoja, as well as Frrok Gjini of the SP in Shkodër.

Alimehmet's request filed with the CEC states: "In my capacity as a candidate for MP on the multi-name list of the PD-ASHM, I present this request for the provision of video footage of the vote counting process of the political entity, video footage of the vote counting process of the candidates for MPs, summary tables of the results of the candidates for MPs of the PD-ASHM Coalition."
