Posts on social networks: Are Rama and Ducka talking with coded messages?
The two photos posted by Ducka and Rama

While the opposition is protesting, Edi Rama has shared a video where he uses an expression "A road closes to open a new one", while making a sculpture.

While this is a biblical expression and at the same time a favorite expression of Winston Churchill, on the other hand Dorian Ducka has published a photo on Instagram in the arms of the sculptor Helidon Xhixha, where he was holding a cigar box on the cover of which he is drawn, Winston Churchill.

Are these two posts coded messages on the part of Rama e Ducka, while the opposition protest has as its main argument the McGonigal case, where both the prime minister and the former deputy minister are mentioned in the file in the USA?
