After the news that the socialist MP, Olta Xhaçka , is moving with 27 unpaid fines.

The VoxNews editorial office has received a photo of the unpaid fines of the head of the Dibër district, socialist MP Blendi Klosi .

In the police fine system, Klosi has failed to pay 26 fines, one less than his colleague, Olta Xhaçka .
