The Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Klodiana Spahiu, called for commitment and dialogue from all parties with the aim of fulfilling all reforms and conditions for the country's integration into the large European family.

"European integration should not be a political battleground. It should be the point where we unite as a nation. Because beyond our political beliefs, we have a responsibility to the new generation: to leave Albania stronger institutions, fairer justice, a more competitive economy and a more functional democracy," Spahiu underlined from the Parliament's rostrum.

The Deputy Speaker of the Parliament said that the European integration process is no longer just a political aspiration of Albania, but has now become a concrete process of economic, institutional and social transformation, which affects every citizen and every sector of the country.

"In this context, Albania is actively engaged in the implementation of the New Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, one of the European Union's most strategic initiatives for our region," Spahiu affirmed from the Parliament's podium, while closing his speech by emphasizing:

"Let's make this process a joint national project, where every citizen feels they are part of the change. Because European Albania will be built by a society that believes in European values, democracy and the power of cooperation," she said.
