Edi Rama: Why are you going to Shkodër?

Luiz Aylli: I only go because I go to my father's grave, because I go often, because I call that place very holy. We've both been to France, to Paris, we've seen the channel, what it's like with those restaurant boats, with music, so it can be done in Shkodër, but it needs deepening, it needs cleaning, and I'm convinced that Bennett can do it, not that Luizi or Shkodra are asking him, but as far as I have known Benet, I know that he cannot take his place without doing it. That's what I'm looking for, considering I don't currently live there, but I'd love to see it. When I find out that these three things have been done, I will say well done that you did it for Shkodra, because I don't say you will do it for Luiz or for Benet. Do it for Shkodra and you did these things, for me he has the utmost respect and all the votes and everything are halal.
