Ambassador Michel Tarran

Ambassador Michel Tarran, a French diplomat with a lot of experience, also in Albania, has already taken over as the new Chairman of the OSCE Presence in our country. 

He expresses his impatience and pleasure to work with his team, alongside Albanian partners.

"I am extremely happy, both professionally and personally, to return to Albania as the Chairman of the OSCE Presence, an organization that has contributed so much to the development of this beautiful country.

I look forward to working with my wonderful team and side by side with our Albanian partners", said Ambassador Tarran.
