The Mandates, Regulation and Immunity Council has decided to authorize SPAK's request to change the security measure against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

Among the 6 votes in favor, five belonged to the representatives of the Socialist Party in the Council of Mandates and one vote belonged to the democratic deputy Enkelejd Alibeaj.

It is now expected that the report will be prepared and sent to the Assembly where it will be voted on in the plenary session of December 21.
