Lulzim Basha resigned from the head of the Democratic Party only in the media, because legally he is still at the head of this political force.

This was discovered today, when Alibeaj's group submitted a request to the CEC to register the DP for the May 14 elections, and part of the file included a letter from Lulzim Basha that, in the capacity of the DP's chairman, authorizes vice-chairman Enkelejd Alibeaj and the general secretary, Gazment Bardhi, to represent this political force.

After this news, many memes are making the rounds of the network regarding this situation where the stamp of the DP is going once to Berisha's hand, once to Alibeaj and once to Basha.
