The chairman of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party, Enkelejd Alibeaj has reacted regarding a news published on the television of Shkëlzen Berisha in the show "Çim Peka Live" that there is an agreement between Lulzim Basha and Edi Rama to change the electoral system.

On behalf of the PD parliamentary group, Alibeaj says that this is slander of MP Flamur Noka against him and MP Jorida Tabaku.

Alibeaj emphasizes that everything is a fabrication and that he and no colleague in the DP has anything to do with the document that is considered "secret".

"I was informed by the press office about a slander said in a TV show by MP Flamur Noka, addressed to me and my colleagues Tabaku and Bardhi. I want to inform each of you that this is a low-key, unworthy of a Democrat and unprecedented.
