After the majority rejected the two amendments to the budget, Sali Berisha left the Assembly hall.

Speaking to the journalists, he said that he could not stay in the hall because of the smell of the deputies' perfumes.

"I can't stand the smell of expensive perfumes. There is a parade of various costumes and perfumes. Excessive luxury is evident, as if you are in a fashion salon", said Berisha.
