I think that in this country there is a lot to protest... The reason is that these people cannot mock us. They cannot steal from us and come out to our gala evenings, and in the meantime, the problem is those who react... ", he said.

Lapaj claimed to have uncovered a scandal in the administration where, according to him, thousands of people receive state salaries without going to work.

"The patronage workers should know that they have no influence on me at all. There are thousands of people who eat snacks at the neighborhood bar without going to work and receive their salary. There are thousands more who live abroad and receive their salary. Look at what a trick they have done. They only pay for pension insurance and their salary benefits those who put them to work.

"There are people who live in New York and get their salary from the Waterworks, they get their salary from the army. He lives in Germany and America. How can I not say these things? It is treason against the homeland," said Lapaj.
