Referring to the court's decision, the Central Election Commission and the Appeals and Sanctions Commission (KAS) decided not to recognize him as the chairman of the DP.

However, today, his legal representative has sent the decision of KAS to the Electoral College and requests that the court de-register the entity "Partia Demokratike" registered with the vice-president Enkelejd Alibeaj in the capacity of the appointed chairman and register it .
