Kelliçi: I cannot provide 24 hours of drinking water in Tirana within one

The candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition for the Municipality of Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, says that even if he is elected mayor in the May 14 elections, he will not be able to provide the capital with drinking water 24 hours a day.

In the show "Bardh a Zi" on ABC News, Këlliçi said that this cannot be done within one mandate.

" Put your finger anywhere in Tirana, if you find a family that says, there is more than one, two or at most three hours a day of drinking water.

This has happened to me in every unit, in every meeting in Tirana. On the contrary, it happened to me in rural areas, they are not connected to the network at all.

In the "Çabej" buildings in the "Kombinat" area, they are not connected to the network at all and get their water from a well. I can't make Tirana 24 hours a day with drinking water, because it can't be done within one mandate ", he emphasized.
