Erald Kapri accused the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly, Klodiana Spahiu, of violating the parliamentary rules after the Prime Minister was not summoned to answer before the parliament. He also addressed the Minister of Interior, Besfort Lamallari, demanding an account of Rama's statement that Albania is in a hybrid war.

Kapri also accused the minister of using violence in the protests over Rrjollin and Zvërnec, for which he told him to resign.

"We have asked the questions for the Prime Minister and he should come here. Do not convene the Wednesday session so that the Prime Minister can come here and give an account. Bring him in at the earliest possible moment. Secondly, we have requested an interpellation with the Minister of Interior regarding the violence that occurred in Rrjoll and Zvërnec. The Prime Minister stated yesterday on CNN that we are in a hybrid war. The Minister leads the anti-terror in Albania. Come out and give an account of who is attacking Albania. Yesterday your police unannouncedly blocked the boulevard and could not hold that fence. But in Rrjoll, didn't you see the violence of the private police? Leave the double standards, if you have the courage, resign for the provocation you made to the Albanian youth yesterday that not even the last dictator had the courage to do! Resign!", said Kapri.
