The parliamentary group of the Democratic Party has published this Wednesday the report that it will present to the parliament on Thursday regarding the mandate of deputy Olta Xhaçka.

The parliamentary group of the DP requests the sending of the case to the Constituent Assembly in order to establish the incompatibility of the mandate of the MP Olta Xhaçka.

"Sending the case to the Constitutional Court to determine the incompatibility with the mandate of the deputy Ms. Olta Xhacka, according to the Motion presented by 1/10 of the deputies of the Assembly of Albania", says the report of the DP deputies.

In the arguments given by the DP group for the incompatibility of the mandate of the former minister Xhaçka, it is emphasized that her husband's company gained property rights over the state's property.

"Specifically, as a result of the use of the shores of the sea, which constitutes state property, for the installation of beach stations in the village of Gjileke, Himare, the company "AG.TCC" sh.pk, co-owned by the husband and deputy Xhaçka, will to provide income, which clearly constitutes a profitable activity that originates from the wealth of the state," the report states.
