Today, the court accepted as third parties in the trial for the September 2 statute of the Democratic Party, the representatives of Sali Berisha and Gazment Bardhi.

The court accepted the lawyers Marash Logu and Redi Ramaj as parties in the process, but did not accept the representatives of "Rithemelimi", Çlirim Gjata and Franci Nuri, because they do not have the appropriate representation fees.

Meanwhile, the court decided to postpone the hearings and set the date of the 25th for the next hearing.

The Reestablishment Group requested the suspension of the Basha elections and the statutory changes made on September 2, on the grounds that they cannot be registered without first resolving the question of who owns the seal. The latter is another pending case and the judgment is in the hands of the Supreme Court.

With the statute of September 2, Basha concentrated the power in his hands, taking not only the post of party chairman, but also the chairman of the parliamentary group.

Another change was the exclusion from membership of democrats who have competed for other electoral subjects, that is, the supporters of Sali Berisha who ran in the May 14 elections for the "Together We Win" coalition.
