Fredi Beleri reacted before the end of the counting of votes in Himare and the announcement of the winner. 

Beleri said from the cell that " today there are no losers and winners, they are all citizens of Himara and I am their Mayor and as the first among equals we will advance together to become even stronger in defense of democracy and Human Rights! ".

Beler's message 

" Democracy won! Himara won! Grateful to all those who showed courage. I understand all those who terrorism tried to subjugate. Today there are no losers and winners, they are all citizens of Himara and I am their Mayor and as the first among equals we will advance together to become even stronger in defense of democracy and Human Rights! ", said Beleri.
