The Complaints and Sanctions Commission has given the "Together We Win" coalition for the municipality of Belsh until Monday to review the film materials and present the ballots with images as evidence.

It seems that from the review of the images, facts have been found that prove the manipulation of the electoral process in favor of the socialist candidate Arif Tafani.

Democratic MP, Dashnor Sula has published on social networks, some photos showing that in the box where the "X" or "+" sign should have been placed, the voters have marked the number "1", the number "10", have written "PS" or put their signature in the box. These ballots should have been called invalid, but according to the deputy, they went for the candidate of the Socialist Party, Arif Tafani.

Dash Sula says that these identification elements were requested by the patronage or mayor Tafani himself, as they had doubts where they gave the money to buy votes or intimidated them with financial aid. 

Also, the MP informs that one of the stamps was not placed on the ballots where the citizens voted for the opposition candidate, Bedri Qypi, with the aim of making the ballots invalid.

According to Dash Sula, those who counted them as regular papers should bear legal responsibility.
