After delivering his speech in the floor of the Assembly, the deputy Edi Paloka burned the regulations of the parliament. 

Paloka has threatened Prime Minister Edi Rama that the same fate as dictator Enver Hoxha will await him.

The deputy also had a message for Lulzim Basha, which was part of today's session.

Paloka's speech in the Assembly:

First, I was actually talking about the one that didn't come today. I wanted to remind you, on February 20, 1991, I was on hunger strike, watching what was happening in Tirana from a television we had.

In the afternoon, the citizens came and brought the pieces that had dragged the dictator.

We came out of the strike and I wanted to take a picture of the dictator in pieces, but I couldn't because people had urinated on him.

The one who thinks he is strong, that he has arrested Berisha and expelled the opposition, should be clear that when the day comes, he will be beaten and you who follow him will also think of your end.

This is not a parliament and you know it very well. The look of this parliament speaks volumes, if you think that you will walk with some that you got here, you are wrong.

Dictators have an end, let them cover your brother, don't go after them. There is no parliament until normality is established and rights are established for the opposition.
