A question asked by a journalist from Romania regarding the Zvërnec project irritated Prime Minister Edi Rama, who addressed her with the words that lies have blocked his brain.

The journalist asked him if the project had been suspended or canceled, as according to him, the prime minister said at the beginning of his speech that it had been canceled.

But Rama reacted harshly, telling her that she came to Albania with a head full of lies, and that nothing passes through her brain.

Rama: I never said it was canceled, nothing was canceled because there was never a project to be canceled. It's not right because you come here with your head full of lies that have blocked your brain and nothing gets through it.

Journalist: My brain is very fine. You said it was canceled.

Rama: Your brain is fine, the problem is how open it is to the facts. I don't accept it. If everyone says that I said that we canceled the project, then we have a problem. We need to see the recording. I won't continue. Sorry. Tell me something that he never said because we came convinced that there is a project that has been canceled.
