Today at 14:00 is the next hearing for Fatmir Mediu on the case of Gërdec. The prosecutor's office is expected to read the final conclusions for Mediu, who has charged him with two criminal offences.

Meanwhile, Zamira Durda, the mother of one of the victims, submitted a request to the court to be part of the process. The Special Court previously refused to allow the families of the Gërdec victims to be part of the process.

Mediu is accused of abuse of dual duty under the Criminal Code and the Military Criminal Code, and SPAK Prosecutors did not formulate a new charge, nor new evidence or investigation.
