Shkëlzen and Sali Berisha

In the Special Court, two hearings are taking place today, the one for Sali Berisha, as well as for his son Shkëlzen. Father and son are in the 'hands' of judge Irena Gjoka, who will examine SPAK's request for coercive measures against Berisha.

Also, at 9:00 a.m. there will be a court hearing for the former Minister of Defense Fatmir Mediu, accused of the Gërdec massacre. GJKKO has called Shkëlzen Berisha to testify regarding the fax that Aldo Bumçi sent to Mediu with the note "for Shkëlzen Berisha". The case is being judged by Irena Gjoka.

Shkëlzen Berisha refused to appear in court at the December 14 session. Both cases are in the hands of judge Irena Gjoka.
