The youngest member of the SP, Shkëlqim Bullari, was sworn in today in the Assembly. He has replaced Besnik Ajazi, who left the mandate, as he is the candidate of the socialists in the Municipality of Gramsci.

Meanwhile, the other deputies who were to be sworn in today to receive the mandate of the legislator, such as Asllan Dogjani, Lodovik Hasani and Qani Xhafa, who replace the democratic deputies, were not in the hall.

PD MP Oerd Bylykbashi stated that they were not notified and this is in violation of the Constitution.

"They should have been present, the deputies were not notified to be present, and this happens when a previously unforeseen procedure is introduced. You have not informed them, the procedure must be respected because the Constitution has been respected" , said Bylykbashi.
