On the same day that the European Political Community summit took place in Albania, the Democratic Party held a protest for the May 11 elections.
The chairman of the blue headquarters, Sali Berisha, who returned directly from Brussels, said that " the May 11 elections were universally known as an electoral farce even before they took place."
I recognized friends with all the monstrous violations and the general conviction was that Edi Rama's chair rests on the monstrous crime of plundering and plundering the elections of Albanian citizens. Dear friends, the world forum of center-right parties was acquainted with Edi Rama's use of the most dangerous gangs of Albania, the region and Europe. I was acquainted with the list of criminal candidates, headed by Edi Rama and continuing with Sara Mile, with the Minister of Crime, with Taulant Balla, with dozens of other candidates from the criminal world. The use of hundreds of millions of euros to buy the will of Albanian citizens was recognized and universally denounced. The gift of 70 million euros for the vote, the forgiveness of 200 million euros in fines, over half a billion euros in concessions and procurements", declared Berisha.
He emphasized that there are several resolutions that condemned them.
"Edi Rama did nothing but prove that he is a criminal, a monster, against the free will of Albanians. I guarantee you that every day in this battle we will achieve our goals," said Berisha.
The leader of the DP warned that the battle will also take place internationally.
"This battle will take place in every important office, in every government of free countries in Europe and the world. This battle will be won by freedom fighters, fighters of the free world ," Berisha said.
"So, the elections in Albania were the ugliest electoral farce after the fall of the Iron Curtain in the Balkans and Europe. Therefore, I salute you and guarantee that Edi Rama will never be able to stay in that chair with stolen elections, with elections of crime, with elections of corruption, but will receive the answer he deserves and that every dictator, every narco-dictator, has ," added the democratic leader.
As Berisha spoke, protesters also demanded a caretaker government.
Regarding the KPE summit, Berisha said that Rama "received them (European leaders) like thieves, like looters, he received them like Toto Riina."
Also present were some of the political leaders of the electoral districts. Among them was Belind Këlliçi. The latter said that today's protest is "the first act of the DP's political action to completely dismantle the electoral farce of May 11."
