Former Parliament Speaker Jozefina Topalli reacted to the decision of the Special Court to grant the security measure "House Arrest" to former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

In her reaction, Topalli considers the court's decision as a political decision conducted by Prime Minister Rama.

Topalli underlines that Sali Berisha's crackdown is in the process initiated by the majority to annihilate the opposition, initially removing the seal and funds from the part of the official DP that generates the overwhelming majority of supporters.

Topalli concludes her statement with an appeal, stating that when injustice becomes law then resistance becomes an obligation.

When injustice is law, resistance is a duty.

Today's decision to arrest the President of the party (because he has implemented his electoral programme) is the most brutal execution of the controversial ,(which brings to memory the execution of the group of deputies by Enver Hoxha in '46);

It is a message of shock of faith, that in our country there will be real pluralism or state of law.

Today's decision of the judge removed from the corruption system by former President Berisha is the most incredible irony of this whole shameful, pure political process.

It is now clear to anyone of average level that judges have turned into notary political investigators!

Today's decision on a file, which has no issues, no evidence, no facts, that has been raised on serious constitutional and legal violations, initiated by the government, and above all because the former Prime Minister voted for a law that was in his electoral program is a question for the state!

Today's decision further elevates the opposition president, Mr. Sali Berisha, who like no one else has defended the constitution's pluralism as it belongs to the leader, who founded together with his co-workers of the time, the first opposition party against one of the most brutal dissent that has ever known our history.

Sali Berisha is the most voted politician in 3 decades!

Today's political decision to arrest the former President, former Prime Minister, The President of the party has only climbed sali Berishen on the pedestal, turning him into a titan; But it reduces us all to others, reduces us and shames us as a society.

The inquisition against him is unbeliful.

By court ruling, he was not recognized as the Chairman of the Democratic Party even though he was voted on by a Democrat leadership. This doesn't happen in authoritarian regimes either.

By shameful and political decision of the court, the name of the Demojratic Party was stolen.

By political decision, they removed his name from the ballot paper, stripped him of the right of his representatives in committees, stripped him of the right to fund the party, removed his name as the leader of the coalition.

With a political decision, his family is put in prison.

Every day, we read about the unbearable corruption of ministers and former ministers of the renaissance. But they are free.

And then when you think that this corruption is not stopped by Beqaj, foregrounds very little compared to the scheme of theft of the century of incinerators... There is still another way to think that this country will continue to be abandoned by people who continue to flee the world from the injustice they experience.

But today's decision to arrest the president of the party, accompanied by the obligation not to communicate with anyone is surreal.

This decision goes beyond the countries such as Myanmar where they arrested the opposition leader but did not go so far as to stop communication.

This is the most eloquent expression of the fact that today's decision of the court is not only political and ordered, but demonstrates the hatred and fear they have of the Chairman of the Demojratic Party Mr. Sali Berisha.

Fear of the truth he says. fear of denouncing the affairs of government scandals; Fear of the nomination of criminals who cooperate with the power; Fear that he alone has collected over half a million votes without his name on the ballot paper, without the party name in front of the entire money machine of criminal gangs.

Today, The Arabs are smaller.
