Enkelejd Alibeaj reacted, after the Court of Administrative Appeals left him the chairman of the Democratic Party, returning the case for a retrial and undoing the decision of judge Agron Zhukri, who had accepted the changes in the DP Statute, made in the Assembly of December 11, 2021.

Alibeaj considers this decision as a good omen for the democrats, who, according to him, have been going through a difficult period for more than a year.

He invites Democrats to join the May 14 showdown and put aside grievances, better not to put anyone's personal interest above the Democrats' interest. According to Alibeaj, today is not a day of triumph, but of reflection.

Today's decision of the Court of Appeal comes as a good omen for the Democrats, who have been going through a difficult period for more than 1 year.

This is the day when all of us, the democrats, must be more united than ever to face Edi Rama's regime and put aside the quarrels and disagreements between us caused by the outdated mentality of Albanian politics.

We invite all democrats to put aside their grievances and be together in the confrontation on May 14. With the best candidates who don't put anyone's self-interest above the Democrats' interest.

It is not a day of triumph for anyone. It is a day of deep reflection, for what we have gone through and to face the future, which is not easy, but not impossible either.
