Complaint from Skopje, Ferit Hoxha ready to dismiss Ambassador Meidani

Denion Meidani is reported to no longer be Albania's ambassador to the Republic of North Macedonia.

A2's sources from Skopje and the Foreign Ministry indicate that Meidani will prematurely end his assignment in Skopje.

Unofficially, it is said that the reasons for the move are the complaints and dissatisfaction of the Vlen and VMRO coalition towards the Albanian diplomat for his positions in debates and discussions involving Macedonian politics and related to the dissatisfaction of Albanians on various issues, the latest being the Albanian language.

Mediani may be appointed ambassador to the Republic of Kosovo, while Petrit Malaj to the RMV, but it has not yet been officially confirmed.
