After Sali Berisha's appearance at SPAK, his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, also appeared at the Special Structure.

Malltezi will also be charged with the affair of the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.

Jamarbër Malltezi:  The criminal fact is missing, it is a civil case of the land owners, the State has not lost a cent, the Prosecutor appointed by Taulant Balla. All officials since Fatos Nato have followed the law. There is no evidence to show that Berisha had any influence, nor is his name mentioned. Edi Rama gave his brother land in the middle of Tirana.
