In a confession made on the show "Goca dhe Gra", Zhaklin Lekatari talked about the darkest period in her life, when she faced hate speech and violence.
She showed a case when she was physically attacked by a man in the area of the former Block in the capital, while she emphasized that she received the biggest attacks after "Big Brother VIP 2", where she was in the role of an opinion columnist.
" For 4-5 months I stayed almost isolated, I didn't go out. It was very difficult to have a public life, and the hatred was no longer virtual, but turned into real physical attacks, which hurt me mentally and physically. They also attacked my family.
I was in the Block, a man followed me and insulted me from behind and attacked me. I ran to escape the attack, two taxi drivers saw it, intervened and saved me. I didn't report him, I just tried to save myself and run home. It was the post-Big Brother period ," said Lekatari.
