Legends meet! Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise reunite after 24 years: We would make a
Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise

Two of the biggest movie stars reunited for the first time in 24 years at the premiere of "F1" at Cineworld Leicester Square in London.

Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise, who starred in the 1994 film "Interview With the Vampire," were photographed walking the red carpet and at one point embraced.

In other photos, the pair are seen laughing and chatting during the event. Cruise arrived unaccompanied, while Pitt was with his girlfriend, Ines de Ramon.

The last time Cruise and Pitt were seen together was in 2001 at the 9/11 benefit, "A Tribute to the Heroes," in Los Angeles. Even in photos from that time, they are seen hugging.

Recently, Pitt said he would be willing to collaborate with Cruise on screen, but on one condition.

"I don't want to depend on planes and things like that," he told E! News, referring to Cruise's stunts. "When he does something that's on the ground, then yes," he said with humor.

While Cruise praised Pitt's skills at the wheel, which he had discovered while filming the classic 90s film.

"It's great to see Brad behind the wheel. He's really good. He's a really good driver. Believe me, I've raced with him. When we were filming 'Interview With the Vampire,' we'd go and race go-karts. We'd finish and go and race go-karts all night," he told CinemaCon 2025 in Las Vegas.

Pitt returned the compliment in his interview where he revealed that he had lost during the races with the "Mission: Impossible" star: "He beat me in the end. I have to admit," he said.

Tom Cruise has also expressed his appreciation for Brad Pitt's latest film, "F1", describing it as very well done.

"F1" director Joseph Kosinski also directed the 2022 film "Top Gun: Maverick," starring Tom Cruise, which grossed $1.5 billion, making it the biggest success of Cruise's career to date.

On the other hand, there has been no shortage of comparisons between the two actors. Graham Kelly, the vehicle manager at "F1", was a little more direct about what would have happened if Cruise had starred in the film instead of Pitt.

"We would have arguments. Tom takes the scene to the limit. So, really to the limit. It scares me," he said. "Whereas Brad listens and knows his capabilities, so I think sometimes he's like, 'Yeah, I'm not going to do this scene.'"
