Activist Edlira Çepani , 5 months after the death of her husband, Gerti Bogdani , revealed in a television interview how she broke the sad news to their two children.

She said it was one of the most difficult moments in her life and " there are no words to explain such a situation to a child ."

"It was one of the most difficult moments in life. There are no words to describe the pain and there are no words to explain such a situation to a child. Their fate is that they grew up in a family that gave them so much love. With a father... with two parents who gave them so much love that they have it rooted in their hearts for their whole lives. Such a great absence will never be filled. They are the most beautiful fruit of our love, and every time I look into the eyes of the children, I see Gerti there. I am so lucky to be their mother," said Çepani, on the Rudina show.

We recall that Gerti Bogdani passed away suddenly on September 18th while staying at a hotel in Tirana.

He was in the company of his friends and colleagues when he suffered a heart attack.
