The lawyer claims that he has film footage, which has been made available to the police.

Roshi says that the cause of the conflict has nothing to do with the custody of the girl, because with understanding, the girl will stay with her mother, but it is verbal and physical violence perpetrated by his former father-in-law.

" Until now, parenting has been normal and this has not been part of the conflict, so it has not been an obstacle to meeting the daughter, but the insults exercised by the former father-in-law" .
