Johnny Depp's lawyers were seen quite excited when Amber Heard mentioned in her testimony the name of the famous supermodel, Kate Moss.
But the gesture of lawyer Benjamin Chew in the courtroom in Fairfax, Virginia was immediately noticeable.
He appeared smiling and looked like he was celebrating, a source close to Depp confirmed to The Post on Tuesday.
"Amber mentioned a 'Johnny' ex 'because he thought she would not support the actor," the source said.

Legal experts explained that Heard's mention of Moss could dispel a rumor that Depp pushed the supermodel by a degree when the two met in the 1990s.
Heard also said that in March 2015, he punched Depp in the face for fear he would push her sister Whitney down the stairs.
The Aquaman actress said she "immediately" thought of "Kate Moss and the Stairs", prompting lawyer Chew to turn back immediately during her statement.
In this case, the mention of Moss by Heard could cause Depp's lawyers to call the supermodel to testify, experts told The Post.
"Kate Moss and Johnny Depp are suspected of still being friends, and her testimony was not allowed before because it was not that important," said attorney Mitra Ahouraian.
Amber Heard made a mistake when she mentioned Kate Moss, as she could be called as a witness, where Moss could say, "This has never happened."
