On the show "Live From Tirana", Shqipe Hysenaj surprised the audience with an unexpected statement, where she mentioned the name of the famous Albanian singer, Parashqevi Simaku.

During the studio conversation, Shqipe said that during her stay in the United States she had heard serious rumors regarding the artist's private life.

"I heard that Parashqevi Simaku was one of those people who took other people's husbands," she said.

"I thought she was a beautiful woman and had a career... Yes, she had a career until the moment families started not taking her anymore."

According to her, at the beginning of her career, Simaku was very welcome in the musical and social circles, but over the years things had changed. "Albanians in America talk to each other a lot, what I know, you know too. They told me it has happened many times," said Hysenaj.

The former resident's statement did not go without reactions. Well-known businessman Elton Ilirjani reacted publicly, defending Simaku and warning of legal consequences. He said that this matter will end in court, while he spoke out strongly about Shqipe, calling her "nobody."

According to Ilirjan, such slanders are unacceptable and cannot go unpunished.

Shqipe's statement and Ilirjan's immediate reaction have sparked numerous discussions online. Followers are divided between those who call Hysenaj's statement excessive and offensive, and others who see it as her personal opinion, albeit based on rumors.
