"The Simpsons"

If it happens once, twice, it could be a coincidence. But if it happens more than 18 times, something is wrong.

"The Simpsons" is one of the most entertaining series for all ages. The series first appeared in 1989 and has a total of 33 seasons, becoming quite popular for their uncanny ability to predict the future.

In addition to the humor, which is current and just as entertaining even after three decades, the prediction of quite important events in the world has led to the rise of many suspicious and unbelievable theories about the authors of the series.

In their 34th season they will reveal some insights into how they manage to do it.

The show has predicted things like Donald Trump's run for president, the COVID-19 pandemic throughout the years, and even the Russia-Ukraine war.

The screenwriter of the iconic series, Matt Selman teased viewers in an interview with "Deadline" where he said that there will be an episode in the 34th season that somehow offers an explanation of how they can predict the future so accurately.

"We have another crazy concept episode that explains how 'The Simpsons' know the future," Selman explained.

"It's a concept episode with a lot of crazy stuff in it, but it makes an explanation of how 'The Simpsons' can predict the future," he added.

"The Simpsons" has broken records as the longest-running live series with 728 episodes to date, though this season will be unique in several ways.

So the 34th season premiere will air this fall on September 25.
