From laughter, to stress and harassment, 10 things that irritate the fetus in
The fetus in the mother's womb

Pregnancy excites all women and they want to know as much as possible about the development and health of their baby by asking various questions.

A pregnant woman begins to change her lifestyle by thinking about the things that would do good to the baby and the things that could harm her. But the baby communicates with the mother since she is in the womb, and you have probably noticed this when you liked one food instead of another.

But there are some things that the baby does not like in the womb. "Our Family" lists 10 of them:

1. Mother's belly laughter. A happy mother definitely makes the baby happy. But if the mother laughs with the belly, the cramps do not make the baby happy. Try to hold your tummy or avoid loud laughter so as not to disturb your baby.

2. Constant harassment. It is certainly a lot of fun to tease the baby to move, especially in the third trimester. It's a wonderful feeling when you touch the baby from the belly and he certainly likes it too. But do not overdo it with bullying because you do not know the condition of the baby inside the womb.

3. Sudden or loud noises. We all know the calming effects of music not only on babies but also on adults. Although babies can only hear very loud noises inside the womb, they hate sudden and loud noises. So keep your belly away from the lighted tape recorder at home or away from car horns on the road.

4. A stressed mom. Whatever the mother feels, the child also feels. If you are very stressed, hormone levels will rise affecting your baby as well. So try some relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, exercises or yoga to keep you in a good mood.

5. The lights you put on your stomach. Babies respond to you from inside the womb when you turn on a light and place it in your womb. However, many of these lights can disturb your child, especially if he / she is resting.

6. Shake and turn to the other side at bedtime. Just like laughing, shaking or turning during bedtime causes discomfort to the baby in the womb. It certainly is not a good feeling, especially if your child is resting or sleeping. Try spinning very slowly if you really need to do it.

7. Spicy food. Your child really enjoys the food you eat but he hates spicy foods. Every time you eat such foods you will notice that your baby will move in a not very pleasant way.

8. Depressed mom, sad baby. Your baby feeds on belly laughter but that does not mean you have to stay without laughing. Avoid sadness and depression as much as it will affect your baby.

9. Lack of space. As your child grows, he / she will experience a lack of space. Although you can do nothing about it (except birth), you can try to keep yourself relaxed by lying as stretched out as possible everywhere.

10. The hunger strike. Like everything else, your hunger pangs affect your baby as well. Your child hates to be hungry and he will communicate with strokes and movements. So, whenever you feel the slightest desire to eat, head straight to the kitchen
