Xheneta Fetahu has rarely spoken before about her relationship with her stepmother, sharing a sensitive side of her personal life.

Invited to the show "Se luan topi", Xheneta said that the word stepmother does not suit her at all, describing her as her guardian angel.

"When I was 5 years old, my father remarried. She was the closest person in my life, she was at home and I didn't know what to call her because everyone called her mom and only when I called her did I understand that something was wrong. I think the word stepmother doesn't suit her, she's my guardian angel, only I wasn't born of her, for me she's my mother and the closest person and I have a weak spot.

"At first she didn't even know that her father had a child, but an incident happened and she realized it and left our lives, for a very short time she decided to come back. She always says that I am the reason why she came back. From the moment she came back, she has suspected everything about me, at home, at school, in society, in everything," Xheneta said.

Xheneta Fetahu has spoken for the first time about her biological mother, who abandoned her in childhood.

In an interview on the show "Se luan topi" on Top Channel, Xheneta confessed that at the age of 23 she met her mother for the first time, after the insistence of her brother and stepmother.

"I miss you, when I become a mother, that absence will never be filled. I will live until I die with that absence inside my soul, but I think it's written that way."

After a while, when I was 23-24 years old, they were the worst years of my life. The time came for me to meet her for the first time. I said to her: 'How have you lived all these years, without ever asking for us?' and she said to me: 'I thought you were dead,'" said Xheneta.
