A house unlike the host of luxury villas built by billion-dollar companies is significant evidence of the challenge that has made a simple family in Sydney, Australia, the wealth offered by businessmen.

The building is located in the middle of a luxury villa area, but its owners have refused $80ml to free it, although all their old neighbours were gradually sold and moved out, the Zammit family has stayed and refused to sell, despite being offered millions.

The Zammit family insists they are a very private family and refused to discuss the offers they were made to leave.

Neighbouring land blocks sold for up to $239/m² in 2012 - which would have valued the five-hectare Zammit property at about $4.75 million 10 years ago, while the offer today has only tenfold for the land.

The property has more than five bedrooms and boasts a large triple garage for family cars, including a classic Ford Falcon XR6, along with a makeshift basketball court.
