Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting with the leadership structures of the Socialist Party in Shkodër a day ago and then walked around the city where he met with the citizens.

In a video shared on TikTok, Rama has shown that on the streets of Shkodra he met two "special friends", two young men who asked him to take a photo with him and where there was no shortage of jokes. One of the young men addresses Rama with the words:
