After winning the Song Festival with the song "Nân", singer Alis Kallaci has faced accusations on social media that the musical material is copied.
Invited to the show "Dita Jonë", Alis categorically rejected these claims, describing them as untrue and unfounded.
The singer said that there was no reason to officially react or to enter into a response, because according to him, the songs are "night and day" and there is no kind of exchange or inspiration between them. "There was no response, because there is no such thing. It was unnecessary," said Alis.
He emphasized that the massive public embrace and positive reaction to the song have been the strongest response to any accusation. According to Alisi, the rumors of copying may have been part of an organized attack or some kind of "anti-campaign" by opponents, but he has chosen not to dwell on this part.
"I'm not sitting around thinking about who started it and why. I decided to focus on the important things: performance, vocal preparation, and the journey of the song," the singer said, adding that he channels his energy only where it serves him.
Alis thanked the public for their support and reiterated that "Nân" deserves to be supported in the Eurovision contest, considering this a moment of pride and great artistic responsibility.
