A former "World Wrestling Entertainment" (WWE) superstar has spoken about the drastic steps he took to reduce 127 kilograms of muscle after deciding to transform into a... woman.
"I was a bum-crawling guy. I had the side of my head shaved. I looked like a cross between Ragnar Lothbrok and the Mountain from Game of Thrones with tattoos. I couldn't miss it. Then I was walking up and down the street with heels and women's clothes," now-retired professional wrestler Gabbi Tuft told Fox News.
The 45-year-old Tuft was known in the WWE under the ring name "Tyler Rex".
“I was 280 pounds with 6.2% body fat. I eat about 10,000 calories a day. I would eat between 9 and 10 times a day, about every hour and a half. It was a chore ... [to consume] sometimes 300g of protein a day,” Tuft said.

“God, it's hard to get rid of that much muscle. It's a daily job," Tuft said.
"I was shocked at how much muscle I kept," Tuft said of losing all the muscle and getting into a leaner shape. “I forced my body to burn muscle with these long extended high intensity cardio sessions and I stayed at these for a very long time and stopped lifting weights. That's the short version," she said.

The former WWE superstar said taking estrogen was an emotional rollercoaster, "like going through a second puberty."
