Good news for all fans of Greek music. A concert is expected to take place on Wednesday evening at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana with the very famous Greek singer Yiannis Parios.

Invited to the studio of "Rudina", the artistic director of this concert further reveals some other interesting details for all those interested. While talking about the organization of the event, Arian Sukniqi brings to our attention that this is not the first time that the "love singer" comes to Tirana. His fans remember the 1978 concert.

Arian Sukniqi: The organizers brought him to Tirana, since last night he was with 17 thousand people in Ioannina for a concert. Since it was close to Albania, it was moved here for a modest hall. It is the second time he comes to Albania, he came in 1978.

Rudina Magjistari: Did he come in '78?

Arian Sukniqi: Yes, together with Marinela, with that group then organized by the state. While I'm waiting here I get a ticket message, and I say please talk later.

Rudina Magjistari: Are the tickets all sold out?

Arian Sukniqi: No, it seems to me that at 18:30 they also release the reserved ones, because they no longer hold, and until then they can be 62 or 65. Whoever wants, should go and get those reserved ones now, because we have no responsibility. But was he telling me not to find me a ticket? Yes I slept in the region that day because we broke the siege.

Rudina Magjistari: Then in '78, he slept in the region, why?

Arian Sukniqi : Yes, because they were not allowed to enter the concert and applaud. At some point, as they point out, because I was 9 years old, then no longer held the hall, it has become famous. While the organizers were saying close the concert, they continued without limit at all. Many people slept with the police that night because they came out of the famous frame that was the system then. 

Rudina Magjistari: So he had a memory from Albania…

Arian Sukniqi: In a phone call a month ago, he was separated (from Albania) with a lot of emotion and he said to me: I have no regrets when I left Albania I saw some people wanted a lot from life and could not get it. From the only place in the world that I fled with tears in my eyes. Now I will come back to this age to regain these emotions again because something I had left missing then.
