After a difficult period of separation from the music scene, Gjesti has returned to music with a very personal project.

His newest song, "Memories", comes as a touching dedication to his late brother, Eldion Kelmendi, who tragically lost his life in September of last year at the age of 15.

Gjesti has chosen to express pain, absence and longing through music. “Memories” is an open emotional narrative, where the artist talks about memories that never fade, about the emptiness that loss leaves behind and about the effort to continue life, even when everything seems impossible.

The song's lyrics are filled with reflections on the time spent together, on unanswered questions, and on the feeling of guilt that often accompanies loss.

"Music has always been with me, both in joy and in pain. 'Memories' is a song that I wrote with tears and that I had a very difficult time recording. With this project, Gjesti does not simply bring a new song, but a tribute to his brother and a way to share his pain with the public.
