Rapper Cllevio Serbiano, whose real name is Kleviol Ahmeti, became the headline of the media after the sensational quarrel with the other rapper Noizy in the latter's bar in the city of Durrës. After the quarrel, Cllevio was arrested for violating the "house arrest" security measure, while Noizy's businesses were fined. Their enmity was for many years due to the rivalry between the two groups OTR and TBA.

But Kleviol Ahmeti, or as he is otherwise known Cllevio Serbiano, was not an unknown name for justice. In 2014 he was arrested as involved in the case of the drug plane that was caught in Divjaka. For this case, Cllevio Serbiano was sentenced to 7 years and 4 months in prison as an accomplice, but he stayed in the cell for only 6 years and after his release from prison he returned to music.

On March 19, 2021, he was arrested again by the Police, after doses of cannabis and 3 cold weapons (knives) were found in the vehicle he was driving without a driving license.

However, in the lines of his songs, which are mainly based on personal stories, Cllevio Serbiano warns of even more serious crimes.

In the song entitled "44 Trilliona" he says that one day we will see him in the black chronicles of crimes that we can not imagine. Between the lines, he mentions the moderator Blendi Fevziu, as well as the journalist of the chronicle, Artan Hoxha, where he claims that they will discuss about him.
