During the story he gave when he was part of Big Brother VIP, Gjesti told of a bad event he experienced.

He confessed how his former manager stole 100 thousand euros from him, adding that because of this he stopped his singing career for a while.

"Something happened to me with my ex-manager, I wasn't very happy. And my DJ did the stage and I did it with everyone else that night, and he didn't take a single cent from my ex-manager," said Gjesti.

"He took 100 thousand euros and disappeared. When he took the channel, I paused for nine months because I was in serious condition. I earned the money with sweat and sent it to my family, I will never see him again."

The gesture emphasized that he had learned a lesson from life for this.

"I learned a very good lesson, that when money comes into play, people are very bad," he said.
