Christmas miracles do exist, and one happened to you and the employees of a Baltimore-headquartered real estate company who learned that a whopping bonus was to be distributed to nearly 200 employees.

The boss showed his generosity as the company under his leadership successfully met its targets of developing 20 million square meters of office, shop and warehouse space. The bonus was handed out to employees in a red envelope during a holiday work dinner. For each of the employees, the bonus was huge – a whopping £38,000 each.

The head of the company said that he wanted to reward his employees for their work and dedication, as he added that without the team, the firm does not exist.

"I am grateful to each of our employees, for their work and dedication. I couldn't think of a better way to show it. Without the team, we are nothing."

The company called "St John Properties" was founded in 1971 by Chairman Edward St John. Originally serving as a “local real estate developer,” it is now one of the “largest and most successful privately held commercial real estate firms in the mid-Atlantic.
