Zelensky "surprises" again, visits Kharkiv as a surprise

After meeting with the Ukrainian army on the Bakhmut and Donetsk fronts, President Volodymyr Zelensky also made a surprise arrival in Kharkiv.

This is reported by Ukrainska Pravda. Zelensky presented an honorary award to Mayor Igor Terekhov and posted the speech in a video on Telegram.

"Thank you to the residents of this beautiful city, which defends our independence side by side with other cities of our state," said the Ukrainian president. Zelensky's visit also served to assess the situation in the region, starting with fixing fortifications and restoring infrastructure. Zelensky presented Mayor Igor Terekhov with the "Hero City of Ukraine" honorary award.
