Serbian President Aleksander Vucic hopes to pay a visit to Kosovo within this year. He said this during the meeting of the board of the Serbian progressive party.
According to him, the prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has confirmed that he will not establish the association of municipalities with a Serbian majority, as it is not in accordance with the laws of Kosovo.
"We are preparing for talks on Monday and Tuesday, and after that we will go to Ohrid. Believe me, I am not clear about what we will talk about there", said Vucic.
The European Union envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, will visit Belgrade on March 13 and 14 after earlier meeting with political leaders and heads of opposition parties in Kosovo.
Lajçak said that the purpose of the visit is to prepare the ground for the high-level meeting in Oher, with the expectation that the parties will reach agreement on the implementation plan of the European proposal for the normalization of relations.
